• Delayed sending and automatic reminder (New)

  A request can go out a few hours after the visit. If the customer has not opened the link, a single reminder is sent after the delay set in the settings.

• Alerts for negative reviews (New)

  Each private message is sent by email and, if you turn it on, as a browser notification.

• Text message sender name (New)

  Text messages can show the name of your business (11 characters at most) instead of a number.

• Two-factor authentication (Improvement)

  Protect your account with an authenticator app, an email code or a text message code, from the Profile page.

• Export of your data (Improvement)

  The Profile page lets you download all the data of your account as a ZIP archive.
