How does the free trial work?
Your shop sends review requests for 7 days without a card, up to 100 text messages. To continue, you then choose a plan, monthly or yearly, on the Billing page.
What happens if I use all my text messages?
Text message sending pauses until the start of the next month, and you are told so in your account. You can switch to a larger plan at any time on the Billing page: the difference is prorated. Unused text messages do not carry over.
How do I cancel?
From the Billing page of your account, at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid.
I have several shops. How does it work?
Each shop has its own subscription, Google link and message templates. For a network of shops, give us a call.
How do I pay?
By card. Payments go through Stripe.
