What is Avis Boost?
Avis Boost is Swiss software that sends review requests by text message. Your customers leave their review on your Google listing, or write you a private message that you read in your account.
Can all my customers leave a Google review?
Yes, whatever their rating: every customer can post their review on Google. From 4 stars by default, Google’s “Write a review” window opens straight away. Below that, the customer can write you a private message or post on Google, whichever they prefer. You set this rating in the business settings.
Do my customers need to install an app?
No. The link in the text message opens in the phone browser, with no app or account.
Which businesses is it for?
Any business that serves customers and has a Google listing: restaurants, cafés, bakeries, hair and beauty salons, garages, physiotherapy practices, shops.
How much does Avis Boost cost?
Three plans per business, in Swiss francs: Starter at CHF 59, Pro at CHF 119 and Business at CHF 199 per month, with 350, 700 or 1,200 text messages included. Paying yearly, you pay 10 months out of 12.
Can I manage several businesses?
Yes. Each business has its own subscription, Google link, settings and message templates. If you manage a network, contact us.
How do I add my customers without typing everything?
Customers can enter their own number by scanning the QR code at the till. You can also type a single number with express sending, connect your online booking tool (eTermin, Belbo, Calendly, etc.) or import a CSV file.
Can I order table tents with my QR code?
Yes, from your account: packs of 10 A5 table tents in thick paper, delivered in about a week. Delivery in Switzerland is included and the parcel tracking shows in your account.
Which sending channels are available?
Requests are sent by text message. Message templates are available in French, German and English.
Who makes Avis Boost?
Avis Boost is made in Saint-Imier, in the Bernese Jura. Support answers by email and phone, usually within one business day.
