Connect Google Sheets to Avis Boost

You keep your customers in a Google Sheets spreadsheet? Every new row creates the customer in Avis Boost and starts their review request.

What you need

  • A spreadsheet with the headers in row 1 (for example First name, Last name, Mobile, Email) and no empty row between customers.
  • A Make account, or a Zapier account on a paid plan.
  • Your Avis Boost address: in your space, Account > Integrations.

When the text message goes

Make reads the spreadsheet at a regular interval, set in the scenario. The text message then goes following the sending delay of your establishment, or after the visit date if you note it.

The steps

  1. Step 1

    Copy your Avis Boost address

In your Avis Boost space, open Account > Integrations, click "Get my address", then "Copy". Keep it to yourself: anyone who knows it can add contacts.

  2. Step 2

    Prepare the spreadsheet

Keep the headers in row 1 and always add new customers at the bottom, with no empty row.

  3. Step 3

    Create a Make scenario

In Make, create a scenario and add the Google Sheets "Watch New Rows" module. Connect your Google account, choose the spreadsheet and the sheet, and state that the table contains headers.

  4. Step 4

Add the sending to Avis Boost

Add the "HTTP" module, "Make a request" action. Choose "No authentication", paste your Avis Boost address in "URL" and choose the "POST" method. In "Body content type", choose "application/x-www-form-urlencoded", then add one line per field of the table below.

  5. Step 5

    Test, then turn on

Click "Run once": the customer shows up in your Avis Boost contacts with the source "api". Then turn the scenario on with its switch, as a new scenario is inactive.

The fields to send

Write the field name exactly as on the left. A mobile number or an email is required, the rest is optional.

Field Google Sheets data
first_name First name column
last_name Last name column
phone Mobile column
email Email column
visit_at Visit date column, if you keep one (for example 2026-11-20 14:30)
