Connect Belbo to Avis Boost
Belbo (formerly hairlist) sends every booked appointment and every customer checked in on arrival to Avis Boost itself, without Zapier. The review request goes after the appointment.
What you need
- Belbo with the API function and an API access created for your calendar.
- Your Avis Boost address: in your space, Account > Integrations.
When the text message goes
The trigger fires as soon as the appointment is booked. Thanks to the appointment time sent in visit_at, the text message goes after the visit, following the sending delay of your establishment, or 2 hours after the appointment when no delay is set.
The steps

Step 1
Copy your Avis Boost address
In your Avis Boost space, open Account > Integrations, click "Get my address", then "Copy". Keep it to yourself: anyone who knows it can add contacts.

Create an API access
In Belbo, open the API function and create an API access for your calendar, if you do not have one yet.

Add the webhook
Still in the API function, create a webhook: choose your API access, give it a name (for example Avis Boost) and paste as address your Avis Boost address ending with ?source=belbo (in the Belbo guide of your space, the address shown already has it).

Test
Book a test appointment with your own mobile number: the customer shows up in your Avis Boost contacts, with a review request planned after the appointment.
The data taken over
Nothing to enter: Avis Boost reads this Belbo data itself.

Good to know
Create my account- Belbo does not send cancellations by webhook: if an appointment is cancelled, delete its request in Review collection before it goes out.
- Only booked appointments and checked-in customers start a request: new customers without an appointment and the waitlist are ignored.
- After your test, open Review collection in Avis Boost and check the planned sending time: it must fall after the appointment.
