Connect WooCommerce to Avis Boost
Every completed WooCommerce order creates the customer in Avis Boost and starts their review request.
What you need
- For Zapier: the official "WooCommerce Zapier" extension, sold on woocommerce.com, and a paid Zapier plan (Professional or higher).
- For Make: a Make account and a WooCommerce REST API key.
- Your Avis Boost address: in your space, Account > Integrations.
When the text message goes
With Zapier, the request goes when the order moves to "Completed", following the sending delay of your establishment. With Make and the "Watch Orders" module, it goes as soon as the order is created, after that same delay.
The steps

Step 1
Copy your Avis Boost address
In your Avis Boost space, open Account > Integrations, click "Get my address", then "Copy". Keep it to yourself: anyone who knows it can add contacts.

With Zapier: install the extension
Buy and install the "WooCommerce Zapier" extension on your site. In Zapier, the connection asks for the address of your site, your administrator user name and an application password, created in Users > Profile.

With Zapier: create the Zap
Choose the WooCommerce app, the "Order" event, then the "Order status changed to Completed" rule. Then add the "Webhooks by Zapier" > "POST" action to your Avis Boost address, with the fields of the table below (Payload Type: Json).

With Make: create the API key
In WordPress, go to WooCommerce > Settings > Advanced > REST API and click "Add Key", with the Read/Write permission. In Make, create the WooCommerce connection with the Consumer Key, the Consumer Secret and the https address of your shop.

With Make: create the scenario
Add the WooCommerce "Watch Orders" module, then the HTTP "Make a request" module: POST method, your Avis Boost address as URL, and the fields of the table below. Test with "Run once", then turn the scenario on.

Write the field name exactly as on the left. A mobile number or an email is required, the rest is optional.

Good to know
Create my account- In the Zapier extension, do not use "Order created" or "Order updated": these rules fire on every change of the order.
- With Make, "Watch Orders" only catches new orders: an order moved to "Completed" later starts nothing new.
- For a cancelled order, a second Zap with the "Order status changed to Cancelled" rule and a cancelled line set to true cancels the waiting request.
