Connect HubSpot to Avis Boost
A HubSpot workflow sends the contact to Avis Boost at the moment you choose, for example when a deal is won, without Zapier.
What you need
- HubSpot Data Hub Professional or Enterprise: the "Send a webhook" action is not in the other offers.
- Your Avis Boost address: in your space, Account > Integrations.
When the text message goes
The workflow tells Avis Boost at the moment set by its trigger, and the text message goes following the sending delay of your establishment.
The steps

Step 1
Copy your Avis Boost address
In your Avis Boost space, open Account > Integrations, click "Get my address", then "Copy". Keep it to yourself: anyone who knows it can add contacts.

Create a workflow
In HubSpot, create a contact-based workflow, with a trigger that marks a served customer, for example a won deal.

Add the sending to Avis Boost
Click the plus icon to add an action, then under Data ops choose "Send a webhook". Method: POST. Webhook URL: your Avis Boost address.

Choose the fields sent
Choose "Customize request body". For each field of the table below, click "Add property", enter the field name as the key and select the HubSpot property.

Save and test
Click "Save", test the action with a contact holding your own mobile number, then turn the workflow on.
The fields to send
Write the field name exactly as on the left. A mobile number or an email is required, the rest is optional.

Good to know
Create my account- HubSpot does not retry a refused sending (4XX error): check that the contact has a mobile number or an email.
- If HubSpot requires authentication, choose "API key" with the "Query parameters" location: your address already holds your secret key, and Avis Boost ignores that parameter.
- A known contact is not created twice, nor asked twice within 90 days.
