Connect ZEEG to Avis Boost
ZEEG sends every appointment to Avis Boost itself, without Zapier: the review request goes after the appointment, and a cancelled appointment or a no-show cancels it.
What you need
- A ZEEG Business or Enterprise plan: the other plans have no webhooks.
- Your Avis Boost address: in your space, Account > Integrations.
When the text message goes
The trigger fires as soon as the appointment is booked. Thanks to the appointment time sent in visit_at, the text message goes after the visit, following the sending delay of your establishment, or 2 hours after the appointment when no delay is set.
The steps

Step 1
Copy your Avis Boost address
In your Avis Boost space, open Account > Integrations, click "Get my address", then "Copy". Keep it to yourself: anyone who knows it can add contacts.

Open the webhooks
In ZEEG, open the organization settings (Organisationseinstellungen), then the Webhooks section, and click "+ Webhook erstellen".

Paste your address
Paste your Avis Boost address ending with ?source=zeeg (in the ZEEG guide of your space, the address shown already has it), choose the booked and cancelled appointments, then save.

Step 4
Test
Book a test appointment with your own mobile number: the customer shows up in your Avis Boost contacts, with a request planned after the appointment.
The data taken over
Nothing to enter: Avis Boost reads this ZEEG data itself.

Good to know
Create my account- Ask for the mobile number on your booking page: without it, the request can only go by email, if that channel is on.
- A moved appointment moves the request, and a customer marked as a no-show gets none.
- After your test, open Review collection in Avis Boost and check the planned sending time: it must fall after the appointment.
