Connect Smoobu to Avis Boost
Smoobu sends every reservation to Avis Boost itself, without Zapier: the review request goes after the stay, and a cancelled reservation cancels it.
What you need
- A paid Smoobu account: API access is not available during the free trial.
- Your Avis Boost address: in your space, Account > Integrations.
When the text message goes
The request goes on the departure day: from the check-out time (10:00 when none is set), after the sending delay of your establishment, or 2 hours later when no delay is set.
The steps

Step 1
Copy your Avis Boost address
In your Avis Boost space, open Account > Integrations, click "Get my address", then "Copy". Keep it to yourself: anyone who knows it can add contacts.

Open the API keys
In Smoobu, open Advanced > API Keys.

Paste your address
In the "Webhook URLs" field, paste your Avis Boost address ending with ?source=smoobu (in the Smoobu guide of your space, the address shown already has it), then click "Save".

Test
Create a test reservation with your own mobile number: the guest shows up in your Avis Boost contacts, with a request planned on the departure day.
The data taken over
Nothing to enter: Avis Boost reads this Smoobu data itself.

Good to know
Create my account- Depending on the platform, some reservations come without a phone number: the request then goes by email, if that channel is on.
- Dates blocked in the calendar start nothing.
- After your test, open Review collection in Avis Boost and check the planned sending time: it must fall after the appointment.
